back strap is rubbing my ankle till it bleeds

how can i fix my back strap.....love the feel of sandals but can't wear them without big big bandaids is wrapped around back strap

We're sorry to hear about the inconvenience. Usually rubbing can occur when the sandals are not sized correctly. The Orlimar Golf Sandals w/ Replaceable Spikes come with 3 adjustable straps, you can try to tighten the rear strap and possibly the one around the ankle, so the sandal does not slide on your feet causing less wear while walking.
